Here's how it all ended up going down for me: I hope I'm wrong but at this point I imagine Save Wizard's support team will fail to get back to PayPal in the next 10 days and I'll get my money back due to no response on their part. I have a tough time wrapping my head around why the support team with Save Wizard would take zero action after finding issues raised. I see a reply in the SW Discord by a user "SaveWizard The Grey" which leads me to believe they work for Save Wizard. I called PayPal to see if I could reverse the dispute in hopes that doing so might "revalidate" my license key from SW but I hesitate to this as PayPal says "By marking this problem as resolved, you agree that no further problems can be raised for this transaction." The representative at PayPal adjusted the disputed claim to be labeled as "Not as described" (even though I think that's a stretch) and Data Power Development Limited (the seller of Save Wizard) has 10 days to respond to PayPal.
Unfortunately, I haven't received any official replies from Save Wizard yet. I've attempted to reach out to Save Wizard (1) via email, (2) their Discord support server, (3) their FaceBook page, and (4) on here via their subreddit.
